Matcha Chia Pudding
This delicious and nutritious matcha chia pudding recipe is the perfect way to start your day. With lots of healthy omega-3 fatty acids, this will give you that much needed energy boost!
- 1 tsp matcha
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- spoonful coconut cream
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- toppings of choice
- Add matcha (sift with strainer to avoid clumps), chia seeds, sweetener of choice and plant milk to a container, stir well.
- Store in fridge for 2-4 hours or overnight.
- Dress up with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
