This delicious and nutritious matcha chia pudding recipe is the perfect way to start your day. With lots of healthy omega-3 fatty acids, this will give you that much needed energy boost!


  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • spoonful coconut cream
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • toppings of choice


  • Add matcha (sift with strainer to avoid clumps), chia seeds, sweetener of choice and plant milk to a container, stir well.
  • Store in fridge for 2-4 hours or overnight.
  • Dress up with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
