A Better-for-you Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte (Enjoy Hot or Cold)
Try out this recipe for a Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte! It's not only healthier than the original, it also has an extra boost of antioxidants that'll give you all the health benefits without any negative side effects.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Shade organic ceremonial grade matcha
- 2 tbsp organic pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup plant milk of choice
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup
Directions:
- Start with making your pumpkin spice mixture.
- Add all ingredients to milk frother (if you don’t have a milk frother, you can mix all ingredients in a pan on the stove or use an electric whisker)
- While your delicious pumpkin spice mixture is being made, start your matcha.
- Sift 1 tsp matcha to prevent clumping and mix with hot water (175 degrees-not boiling)
- Whisk until frothy and well blended
