Ingredients:
- 1 tsp matcha
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- spoonful coconut cream
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- toppings of choice
Directions:
- Add matcha (sift with strainer to avoid clumps), chia seeds, sweetener of choice and plant milk to a container, stir well.
- Store in fridge for 2-4 hours or overnight.

Directions:

- Add 2 tbsp ceremonial matcha and mix well, making sure there are no clumps.
- Dip strawberries in chocolate and lay on to parchment paper.
